The Company is aware of its important social responsibility in ensuring appropriate protection and use of personal information. In carrying out its business operations, the Company will comply with the Law, this Policy and its internal guidelines and be fully committed to appropriate protection and use of shareholders' personal information.

2. Appropriate Acquisition of Personal Information
The Company will acquire shareholders' personal information in an appropriate and legitimate manner and to the extent required for its operations.

3. Purposes of Use of Shareholders' Personal Information
The Company will specify the purposes for using shareholders' personal information, use such information only to the extent necessary to achieve the purposes specified, and will not use the information for any other purposes. In the case where the purposes for using specific personal information are limited under the Law, the Company will not use such information for any purposes beyond those prescribed in the Law. 4. Restriction on the Disclosure of Personal Information to Third Parties
The Company, in principle, will not disclose to any third party shareholders' personal information, unless such disclosure is approved by all shareholders concerned or is in accordance with the Law. The Company may, however, disclose certain personal information of shareholders without their approval in such cases where the Company entrusts handling of the information to third parties to the extent necessary to achieve the purposes specified by the Company.

5. Handling of Sensitive Information
The Company will not acquire, use or disclose to any third party any sensitive information of a shareholder (shareholders' political view, religious faith, membership to labor unions, race, ethnicity, lineage, registered domicile, and medical or health care record, etc.), unless the disclosure of such information is in accordance with the Law, or such disclosure is made pursuant to an approval by the shareholder concerned and to the extent required for the Company's business operations.

6. Safeguarding and Safety Management Procedures
The Company will endeavor to keep shareholders' personal information accurate and up-to-date and will take reasonable security measures to safeguard the information from leakage and other accidents. The Company will also exercise appropriate supervision over its employees and consignees to ensure such safeguarding are strictly observed.

7. Continuous Improvement of the Policy
The Company will review and revise the Policy as needed in light of progress in IT technology and changes in social requirements, etc. and continuously improve its procedures of handling shareholders' personal information.

8. Request for Disclosure of Personal Information
The Company will, in a prompt and appropriate manner, endeavor to notify shareholders of the purpose of using the retained personal data as defined in Article 2 Section 5 of the Law concerning Protection of Personal Information (hereinafter "the Retained Personal Data" ), accommodate shareholders' request for disclosure of the content of the Retained Personal Data, and shareholders' request for correction, addition and deletion, stop of use, elimination, or stop of disclosure to third parties of the Retained Personal Information in the cases where, for instance, the Retained Personal Data does not properly reflect the status of the shareholders.

9. Responding to Shareholders' Suggestions and Requests
The Company will endeavor to promptly and sincerely respond to shareholders' suggestions and requests on handling of their personal information by the Company.
