Complaint Processing and Dispute Resolution Measures based on the Financial ADR System

The Company has entered into a Basic Contract for Implementation of Procedures with a Designated Dispute Resolution Organization provided for in the Money Lending Business Act with respect to complaint processing measures and dispute resolution measures related to the money lending business (money lending transactions). Customers may file an application for consultation, complaint or dispute resolution procedures related to our money lending business with the following Designated Dispute Resolution Organization.

The Company is affiliated with the Type 2 Financial Instruments Firms Association. Customers may file a consultation, complaint or dispute resolution procedure related to the Company’s Type 2 Financial Instruments Business (solicitation of investment in the operating lease business of aircraft, etc., and sale and purchase of beneficial interest in real estate trust) to the following organization for which the Association has entrusted the mediation of complaint resolution and dispute resolution, etc.
