As a Type 2 Financial Instruments Business Operator, we encourage our customers to participate as investors in the Japanese-type operating lease (rental) business.
Based on the “Principles for Customer-oriented Business Management” released by the Financial Services Agency in March 2017, the Company will establish the following business management policies and implement measures accordingly.

3. Clarification of fees, etc.
We will proactively provide information on the type and nature of the fees, etc. that customers will pay by participating in the Japanese-type operating lease business as an investor so that customers can understand them.
4. Provision of important information in an easy-to-understand manner
We will strive to provide customers with important information in an easy-to-understand manner so that they can fully understand the investment projects we offer and make the decision that is best for them.
5. Provision of services that are appropriate for the customer
We will strive to propose investment projects that are appropriate for our customers after fully understanding their intentions. In addition, by understanding the needs of various customers, we will strive to formulate and provide investment projects that meet the needs of customers.
6. Training for employees, etc.
In order to pursue the best interests of the customer, we believe that each employee must carry out the work in accordance with 1. to 5. above. Therefore, we will strive to ensure the fair treatment of customers by employees and the appropriate management of conflicts of interest through training, etc.
